I made some cute little dish clothes for my daughter, Tara, last year. She loved these! Now, I have two other daughters, but I know, April, would literally cringe if I showed up with these for her, and Denise I am unsure about. Let me know Denise!!
Tara called me and said I need to send her some more because they have all gone to rags! I am more of a beginner when it comes to crochet, so some of you might laugh at me. I am also self-taught, so who knows if all is done correctly. I did find this, though, to be a fun pattern. I like to crochet, but I do get easily bored with repetition. This is a very quick project and this makes a difference for my boredom. I always use different colors of yarn, so this keeps me excited to see what it will look like finished. Also, if I am really concentrating and don't have any interruptions, I can make one in an evening. Usually it takes me two evenings because I like to do it while I watch tv. This keeps my hands busy, so I am not snacking!!! lol So it is a diet aid also!!
Then I take a few days off and start another one.
Here are a couple of pictures! I thought maybe some of you would like this pattern.
This pattern came from Petals to Picots website. Thank you Petals to Picots!! I have included her pattern if you would like to give it a try. I use the Lily Sugar and Cream yarn. You should look at her colors on Petals to Picots, I love them, and want to try all of her patterns. She makes sets just by using three different colors. Love it, Love it, LOVE IT!!
