Yummy Diet 60 Calorie Fudge Pops
Anyway I was making a batch this morning and thought I should give away my recipe. If you are like me, you can use something that tastes good once in a while while dieting. I usually have one in the evening while watching TV. This is my worst time, when I am idle. This really hits the spot. I have made vanilla( my granddaughters favorite), chocolate(my favorite), and Butterscotch(my husband's favorite). Give these a try, they only have around 60 calories in them.
1 container low calorie coolwhip
1 small box of fatfree, sugarfree, pudding
1 cup of milk
Mix all ingredients together and fill your popsicle containers. It makes about 16 of them. I have also used small bathroom plastic cups and popsicle sticks before I found my containers. Let them freeze for at least 12 hours and enjoy!!
Let me know if you try them and how you like them!! Cindy
